PAYMENTS
You will be required to select a payment plan and provide Pastry Chef Kate information regarding your credit card or other payment instruments. We may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to our Services and this Website if your payment is late and/or your offered payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal account) cannot be processed or is declined or revoked. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred thereto. Fees for classes are collected by Pastry Chef Kate from students via 2Checkout and PayPal services.
We reserve the right to change Pastry Chef Kate’ payment plans at any time. If applicable, we may give you advance notice of the fee changes. If you don’t agree with the fee changes, you can cancel your account and stop using the Services.

DELIVERY POLICY
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased.
In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.


REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may apply for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Refund Process
To refund an item, please email customer service at Chugunova.katia@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase along with your name, email address and the reason for applying for a refund.
After receiving your request we will provide a full refund within 3 working days.
We will also notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
